Overall a very nice experience, the people serving for check in have really good English. Our check in is smooth. One tips you need to go to the other side of the hotel Tokinoniwa to check in at night, as two hotels are in fact connected. SUPER good public and private onsen, private onsen are used for free but needs to line up. Nice breakfast buffet. But yet, the room’s air con is too hot as it is centrally managed even it is snowing outside. Overal nice view nice food nice onsen, reasonable price!

Very enjoyable stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a range of onsens to enjoy but the best was the outdoor one. Never got too busy so had plenty of space and time for yourself. Convenient access via shuttle service to/from town centre and also Karuizawa Station. Would highly recommend!

Their registered hot spring rooms are perfect. People in there are friendly as well. But their meals are just normal.

It was a great experience, beyond my expectation. They have private hot spring baths, very amazing!! I love it, of course I will return again. I recommend for every one. Don't forget it, they have shuttle bus to go the terminal bus and the main place.

The hospitality was fantastic. Walking around in robes was a new cultural experience. The buffet meals were incredibly delicious, fresh, and varied. The hot spring pools and amenities were nice. Stayed 3 nights.

Lovely onsen hotel. Breakfast and dinner included. We prefer the Japanese style over Western for the meals for the variety and local ingredients. The public onsen is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended.

One onsen ryokan with large onsen area where you can enjoy for a whole day. The onsen water is acidic which is not common in Japan. They provides ramen at night for supper, manji in the evening before dinner and a complimentary drink from the bar. Dinner and breakfast is just okay, not much choice and not tasty but overall is good.
